    • He began his professional career in the Strategic & Operational Marketing division of Hewlett Packard Italy ;
    • Subsequently joined IG , where he has been involved in several projects, mostly related to Business Process Reengineering;
    • Currently He holds the position of Project Manager, specialising in process mapping and reengineering based on the ITIL reference model. ITIL V3 Foundation certified.
