- He graduated in Electronic Engineering in 1979 with honours and founded IG in 2006
- Work experience:
- At 24 years of age he joined Procter & Gamble Italia, in the Management Systems division, under a scholarship, holding a number of positions, from junior analyst to analyst and Hardware/Software Manager, until he was appointed to head one of the two Application Development teams, with the position of Group Manager, Finance & Accounting, Personnel, Sales and Marketing Systems;
- In 1988 he joined the Gruppo Bvlgari as Chief Information Officer and member of the Management Board;
- In 1995 he decided to set up CIsoft Customer Interaction, as president and founder;
- In 2003, he founded GBS (Global Business Services), a company specialising in outsourcing services;
- In 2006, he merged the two businesses to found Interaction Group
